Outbound Telesales Executive

We are hiring Outbound Telesales Executives to promote our legal services and generate qualified leads through phone-based outreach. As part of our growing legal consultancy, you will be responsible for initiating conversations with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and helping them access our legal solutions.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a sales-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided or sourced databases
• Explain various legal services (e.g., property documentation, legal notices, consultation) clearly and convincingly
• Follow up regularly with prospects to convert interest into appointments or sales
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, feedback, and follow-ups using Excel
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly telesales targets
• Coordinate with legal advisors to schedule consultations and ensure client satisfaction
• Provide insights on client pain points to improve communication and service offerings

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, Bengali, and English
• Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or outbound BPO process preferred
• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email)
