Job Summary: Indian Inc is looking for dynamic and driven Junior Female Outbound Telesales Executive to join our international telesales team. You will be responsible for speaking with UK-based customers to assess their debts/borrowings and assist them in finding suitable debt solutions through our partner solicitors. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with UK-based clients to understand their financial liabilities and borrowing situations. Offer appropriate debt resolution programs under guidance of UK-certified financial advisors. Assist in the end-to-end client onboarding process including document verification , income & expense calculations , and case submissions . Ensure quality interaction and follow-ups to convert leads into active clients. Work collaboratively with the UK team to ensure smooth processing and client satisfaction. Meet and exceed performance targets to qualify for high incentive payouts. Required Skills: Strong verbal communication in English Basic understanding of B2C/B2B sales or call center operations Confidence in speaking with international clients Ability to work in a performance-driven environment Target-oriented mindset with a willingness to grow Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Application Question(s): are you Female?
