Outbound Sales Representative

Role Description (Immediate Joiners)

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outbound Sales Representative located in Noida. The Outbound Sales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers through effective communication and sales techniques. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, following up on leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a dynamic sales team.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Inside Sales and Outbound Sales tactics
• English Proficiency with Neutral American Accent will be more preferable
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Experience in Lead Generation
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Highly motivated with a results-driven approach
• Previous experience in a sales role or experience in US market is preferable
