Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls using our dialer system to UK-based prospects.
  • Present and promote products/services in a persuasive yet professional manner.
  • Follow the provided sales script while adapting to customer conversations naturally.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a regular basis.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.
  • Work closely with the Quality Analysts to continuously improve call quality.
  • Keep up-to-date with campaign requirements, offers, and product knowledge.
