The role of SC Digital Core IBP+Manager + S&C GN involves driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. As a Manager at this level, you will be responsible for providing strategic advisory services, conducting market research, and developing data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance. You must have good experience with SAP IBP and its implementation. It is essential to possess domain knowledge in supply chain management related to inbound logistics, fulfillment, outbound logistics, and warehouse operations. You should have expertise in one or more of the following areas related to SAP IBP: - SAP IBP solution design: Ability to drive business need discussions, map requirements to the SAP IBP system, design processes for clients, and configure solutions accordingly. - SAP IBP business case and roadmap development: Understanding the business case around SAP IBP and creating a roadmap for integration. - SAP IBP solution development, testing, and deployment: In-depth knowledge of SAP IBP solution development in multiple modules with the ability to support deployment following industry best practices. Having at least 4+ project lifecycle experiences with demonstrated experience in SAP IBP implementations is preferred. Additionally, understanding the end-to-end cycle of IBP projects and knowledge of integration aspects of IBP with other systems like ECC, S/4, and SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization is beneficial.
