The role of Remote Business Development Manager (RBDM) involves spearheading lead generation and sales outreach for corporate and travel segments. As the ideal candidate, you should possess experience in managing enterprise-level client relationships and be proficient in driving business growth through inbound and outbound channels. Your responsibilities will include identifying and sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls/emails, conducting outreach to potential corporate clients and travel agents to understand their business requirements, scheduling and coordinating qualified meetings for the ground corporate sales team, collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads, and maintaining a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects while keeping detailed records of interactions using CRM tools. To excel in this role, you must have a proven track record of at least 2 years in enterprise sales and inside sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, be goal-driven and self-motivated with a passion for sales, and preferably have experience in B2B or travel industry sales. Additionally, being comfortable working in a UK time zone is essential for this position.,
