As we expand our footprint in India, were looking for an energetic and responsible Station Lead to manage end-to-end operations at our Bangalore hub . Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day ground operations at the station, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures Coordinate with bus captains, drivers, and backend operations teams to maintain service punctuality Manage station staff and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards Handle real-time escalations and resolve operational issues efficiently Ensure excellent customer experience at the boarding/deboarding point Perform regular checks on vehicle readiness, cleanliness, and compliance Maintain logs, reports, and inventory for station-related resources Act as a local point of contact for vendors, authorities, and partners Train new staff and ensure operational discipline Requirements: 2 5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or transportation (intercity bus experience preferred) Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions Tech-savvy; comfortable using mobile apps and dashboards for operations tracking Willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore
