As a CC&B/CCS Consultant at Accenture, you will have the opportunity to work with Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) and Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM). Your role will involve end-to-end implementations, engaging with clients and stakeholders, and designing solutions for various business processes. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities and qualifications: **Role Overview:** - Minimum of 6 years of experience in Oracle Utilities CC&B, C2M, MDM, or CCS with a focus on end-to-end implementations. - Proven track record in at least 2 CC&B/C2M/CCS/MDM implementations. - Engage with clients, delivery teams, and stakeholders to gather detailed user stories and requirements. - Understand business requirements and provide solutions with an emphasis on out-of-the-box solutions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to lead workshops, demos, and recommend new methods for efficient business operations. - Knowledge of de-regulated and regulated market environments, meter-to-cash process, and Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF). **Key Responsibilities:** - Engage with clients, delivery teams, and stakeholders to gather detailed user stories and requirements. - Design, implement, and provide solutions for different business processes. - Document business processes and recommend new methods for automation. - Understand de-regulated and regulated market environments and related tariff scenarios. - Guide overall solution development using Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF). - Stay updated on utility products like SOM, ODM, NMS, SGG, MWM, WAM, OUCSS, OUBI. **Qualifications Required:** - In-depth knowledge of OUAF, database structure, and technical aspects is a plus. - Oracle Utilities Certifications in the product suite would be advantageous. - Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE, MBA is good to have.
