Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Ticketing Staff located in Trivandrum. The Ticketing Staff will be responsible for handling ticket sales, managing reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include processing ticket transactions, assisting customers with travel inquiries, and maintaining records of sales and reservations. The role also involves effectively communicating with customers and team members to ensure a seamless ticketing experience.
