OTT Architect

Role Overview: As an OTT Architect, you will drive a large-scale OTT project as a key architect and work with cross-functional/globally distributed teams. Your responsibilities will include architecting and maintaining the MVP, supporting the development team, owning the POCs compatible with the systems on the new areas of the product, evaluating different tools and techniques, preparing architectural designs for reference by software developers, coordinating development and solutions, and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in OTT development. Key Responsibilities: - Drive a large-scale OTT project as a key architect - Work with cross-functional/globally distributed teams - Architect and maintain the MVP and support the development team - Own the POCs compatible with the systems on the new areas of the product - Evaluate different tools and techniques to create a common ground for developers - Prepare architectural designs for reference by software developers - Coordinate development and solutions in sync with both front end and backend teams - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in OTT development Qualifications Required: Must Have: - 2-4 years of Architecting experience in OTT front end applications - Experience in bringing new technology and adopting it to the product - Deep understanding of OTT domain and experience working on Media and OTT Platform as an architect - Expertise in handling the overall process of designing and implementing OTT application components - Knowledge about complete infrastructure required for OTT platforms - Expert in integration with different third-party OTT backend components such as recommendation, CMS, analytic engines, etc., and front-end solutions in player, DRM, etc. - Strong passion for learning and creating new products and features - Proficiency in ReactJS and Smart TV development environments Must have Skills: - ReactJS based OTT development, LGOS/WebOS expertise - Proficiency in HTML/CSS, JS, ReactJS, responsive design, UI/UX sensibility, OTT app Performance optimization techniques, cross-browser compatibility awareness, Webpack, Gulp/Grunt, git, gitlab, Jenkins, etc. (Note: Any additional details of the company are not present in the provided job description.),
