Should be a competent doctor. Skills Should be able to examine, diagnose, and treat diseases, disorders or injuries of ears, nose and throat, upper pharynx, larynx, oral cavity, and other head and neck structures. The role requires someone who besides practicing in the department will additionally discharge the duties as a Medical Superintendent.
