CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Creates opportunity for Voith spares, parts and services by raising their profile with customers; grows and wins back this business Supports sales managers with order processing, customer quotes, sales information Evaluate the Spare Parts requirement technically based on drawings and documentation of original equipment/ machine. Generation of Spare Parts offers from SAP Providing timely support and quotations to customers to assist them in maintaining the Voith installations at highest efficiencies. Conduct regular interactions with customers to understand their needs, keep abreast with their operational and performance needs, Analyze the problem faced by customers and propose right solutions. Keep track of the historical sales \ quotes data of each spare item PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION BE/B. Tech in mechanical engineering with 4-7 years of relevant experience Hands-on experience in SAP (SD) module Good understanding of Mechanical engineering drawing (to identify correct spare parts, and propose right solutions) Commercial knowledge for offer preparation, analysis of pricing and market pricing strategy KEY KPI Sales targets per account per product family Reduction of response time to customer Customer coverage and travel at least for a week every month
