An in-depth knowledge of different logistics and transportation processes across industries, regions, and customer requirements is crucial. The candidate will be expected to actively engage in presales activities for OTM, collaborating within a team to develop solutions, efforts, and proposals while contributing to internal initiatives. As an IC3 level professional, the candidate will operate independently to deliver high-quality work products for engagements. They will undertake diverse and complex duties that require independent judgment to implement, provide solutions, and conduct presales/demos for Oracle Transportation Management and Global Trade Management in alignment with customer requirements. The candidate should apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and best practices to deliver functional and technical solutions for customer engagements. They may lead the design and implementation aspects of projects, ensuring the delivery of integrated software solutions of high quality within time and budget constraints. Additionally, the candidate may act as a team lead, offering coaching, guidance, and feedback to enhance the skills of team members. Effective consultation with customer management, participation in business development activities, and the development of detailed solutions for projects are also key responsibilities.
