About the Role

OTM Consultants and Senior OTM Consultants

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in full lifecycle

  OTM Implementation projects

  .
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into OTM solutions.
• Configure OTM modules, workflows, agents, and automation rules.
• Perform OTM Cloud configurations and support integration with external systems.
• Conduct functional and technical analysis, develop solution designs, and troubleshoot system issues.
• Support OTM on-premise to cloud migration activities (if applicable).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an

  Agile/DevOps environment

  .
• Create documentation, functional specs, and process flows for implementations.

Required Skills

• 812+ Years of experience in

  Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)

  .
• Strong hands-on experience with

  OTM Cloud

  ; exposure to both functional and technical areas.
• Proficiency in

  SQL

  and OTM-related data structures.
• Knowledge of

  DevOps pipelines

  , version control, build/release processes.
• Strong understanding of

  Agile methodologies

  .
• Experience with

  OTM on-premises to cloud migration

  (mandatory for senior role; good to have for mid-level).
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills.

Good to Have

• OTM certifications
• Experience in Logistics/Supply Chain domain
• API/Integration understanding (SOAP/REST)
