Role Overview: As an Oracle EBS Time & Labor (OTL) Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to lead end-to-end OTL implementations and enhancements. This includes gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring OTL components such as timecards, schedules, shifts, and assignment rules, and delivering them to production. You will also develop and maintain FastFormulas, flexfields, validations, and approval workflows, author technical design documents, and RICEFW artifacts for development teams. Additionally, you will perform data migration, conversion, and reconciliation for time records, execute unit, integration, and UAT testing, manage cutover activities, and provide post-go-live support.
