The role of a Senior Consultant (SAP Delivery Lead) is pivotal in providing leadership, strategic direction, and development for the Group, offering a full range of specialist services aligned with the business objectives of Business Partners and the Group. Your primary responsibilities will include guiding and managing SAP ECC project implementations, demonstrating a strong understanding of SAP ECC modules, project management principles, and client requirements. In addition to possessing the requisite technical skills, we are seeking an individual who is solutions-driven, thrives in a team environment, and is dedicated to achieving service and project delivery goals. You should be capable of working autonomously while also being a supportive team player, focused on colleagues and committed to delivering quality SAP solutions that align with business processes and controls. A "Can do" attitude and flexibility to support various domains or activities as needed are essential qualities for this role. Personal resilience is a key attribute required for this position, as you will be expected to work under tight timeframes and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective planning, accountability for delivery, and the ability to drive multiple initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency are highly desirable skills. Moreover, your proven ability to coach and mentor junior team members will be crucial in supporting the growth and development of the team. Essential Capabilities: - In-depth knowledge of SAP ECC modules such as FI, CO, MM, PP, SD, CRM, etc. - Proficiency in designing, developing, and testing ABAP programs for customization and enhancement. - Experience with SAP Solution Manager for project management and system landscape management. - Strong project management skills encompassing planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of SAP projects. - Familiarity with SAP landscape architecture, including Basis, security, and infrastructure components. - Understanding of integration between SAP ECC and other systems like Web Services, Java connectors, and REST APIs. - Proficiency in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and other testing methodologies. - Ability to lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative environment. Additional Capabilities: - Excellent documentation and communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly to stakeholders. - Emphasis on quality and attention to detail in all deliverables. - Commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. - Strong time management skills, along with flexibility and creativity. - Capability to investigate, analyze, and provide design improvement recommendations. - Ability to transfer knowledge to team members for ongoing support and end-user training. - Effective collaboration with technology partners in onshore/offshore settings, providing leadership and expertise to optimize delivery models. Experience: Ideally, you should have: - Successfully led multiple full lifecycle projects as a SAP Delivery Lead. - Over 15 years of proven experience in functional operations support on large/global SAP platforms. - Experience in SAP ECC 6 administration. - Proficiency in IT Service management and risk management. - Sound understanding of current and emerging SAP technology trends related to SAP ECC 6 and Hana. - Previous exposure to integrating SAP with third-party systems, both cloud-based and on-premise. - Functional experience in self-serve applications would be advantageous. - Previous involvement in the Financial Services industry is highly valued. - Hands-on expertise in automation/productivity tools like Selenium, Winshuttle, Auto SDK, Pega is beneficial. - Ability to collaborate effectively with on/offshore technology partners. Qualification Requirements: - A degree or tertiary education in a Technology/Computing discipline is preferred. - Certifications in SAP are desirable for this role.,

Role & responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for pre-sales and project execution for rugged computing solutions in the key accounts and verticals assigned to him in the territory. Work with relevant stakeholders in the focus account to carry out the relevant trails to establish the viability of rugged computers for the identified application Engage with the client finance and commercial team to establish the long term lower Cost of Ownership of rugged devices and thus generate a concrete sales opportunity Engage with the client procurement team for budgetary quotes, final quotes, negotiations ( in consultation with superior) and close the sales deals Preparation of relevant tender technical and commercial compliances and tender submissions. Coordination with Internal team to ensure timely delivery of equipment to customer Product Acceptance : Product Installation, training and demonstration to ensure GRN and Product Acceptance Follow up with commercial department to complete financial document and ensure timely payment. Prepare forecasts, pipeline reports, and other relevant reports as required by superiors Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, assisting clients with technical requirements. Preferred candidate profile Sound knowledge of computer hardware theory and ability to do basic troubleshooting ( training will be provided) Knowledge or substantial interest in operating systems and other system software Basic or intermediate knowledge of communications and data networking Interest in diverse reading, browsing on different topics
