As a highly motivated Field Application Engineer (FAE), you will be joining our team to support the growing Electronic components and semiconductor industry in India. In this role, you will serve as the technical interface between the company and customers, providing pre-sales and post-sales technical expertise from product management. Your primary responsibilities will include driving design wins, offering product support, delivering exceptional technical support, collaborating with vendor suppliers, product management, and ensuring seamless product integration into customer designs to enable their success. Functionally, you will assist customers in integrating semiconductors and electronic components into their systems, provide technical guidance during pre-sales and post-sales processes, offer ongoing technical assistance, facilitate customers during the design-in to design-win process, coordinate with supply chain and operations teams for timely delivery, conduct training for customers and internal teams, and work closely with cross-functional teams. To excel in this role, you should possess deep technical knowledge of electronic components and semiconductor technologies, the ability to translate technical information into actionable insights, familiarity with embedded systems design and programming, expertise in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, experience in product testing and validation, and effective collaboration and negotiation skills.
