4DCompass InfoSolutions Pvt. Ltd. is currently expanding and is looking for a Networking Engineer with a solid background in Structured Cabling. As a Networking Engineer in our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing structured cabling systems, including both copper and fiber installations. Your role will involve the installation of patch panels, racks, and cable trays, as well as integrating structured cabling with active networking equipment. Additionally, you will be required to perform certification and testing of cabling systems using tools such as Fluke and OTDR testing equipment. Collaborating with project and site teams for ELV deployments will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in structured cabling for both copper and fiber networks. Proficiency in rack dressing, cable management, patch panel termination, and labeling is essential. Experience with OTDR/Fluke testing, basic computer networking concepts, network engineering, fiber splicing and termination, documentation creation including as-built drawings, ELV integration (such as CCTV, Wi-Fi, Access Control), and troubleshooting cabling faults are highly valued skills. We welcome applications from networking professionals with relevant cabling experience, as well as freshers who have knowledge of cabling standards such as TIA/EIA and ISO/IEC.
