As a Senior Manager in the Invoice to Cash department at Genpact, you will be responsible for responding to RFPs and sole-sourced deals, utilizing external research to design innovative solutions for clients, and clearly articulating the overall value proposition and benefits to be delivered. Your role will involve finding opportunities to increase the organization's penetration in I2C and actively participating in solution development in RFPs, Sol IDs, and due diligences. You will be expected to perform detailed assessments, including process mapping, metric gathering, and data analysis when required. Additionally, providing thought leadership in the OTC space by writing Point of views or White papers, working with research partners, and mentoring sales on offerings/capabilities and market trends will be part of your responsibilities. Supporting the overall build and refinement of practices in the Order to Cash domain, such as developing a schema for new industry verticals, refining schema and benchmarks, and integrating technology with solutions to provide improved efficiency to clients, will be key aspects of your role. Furthermore, driving transformation projects and ensuring the successful integration of technology with solutions will be crucial in achieving departmental objectives. To excel in this role, you should have prior exposure to the Invoice to Cash process, experience in partnering in a transition of any of the invoice to cash processes, and operational/transformation experience. A solid understanding of digital tools and exposure in implementing them, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-cultural environment, are essential qualifications. Preferred qualifications include experience in developing and implementing AR tools and technologies, understanding of ERP applications like SAP/Oracle in the areas of Accounts Receivable, and basic knowledge of emerging technologies such as Blockchain.
