One of our clients in Health Care/Surgical products is looking for a candidate with a minimum of 4-5 years of prior work experience in the Healthcare or OTC segment. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, time management skills, and the ability to work in a beat format. Previous experience in conducting retail and doctor calls independently in the market is essential. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in managing a team of frontline salespeople and should have an existing client database of Medical shops and Doctors in their region of operations. It is also required that the candidate has their own 2-wheeler vehicle for travel and market coverage, as well as a smartphone to use the company's Field Monitoring App. As a part of the job responsibilities, the selected candidate will be required to manage a team of frontline salespeople, define beats with a shop list, conduct joint working with the sales team in the market, and promote the company's orthotics product range. They will also be responsible for using the company's field monitoring app to log calls and ensure team compliance, appointing Distributors/Dealers independently in major cities, managing relationships with dealers/distributors, and conducting various marketing activities in the region as per the company's directives. The candidate will be expected to report regularly to Regional Heads, set and achieve sales targets for themselves and their team, organize meetings and seminars to motivate the team and generate business opportunities. This is a full-time job opportunity with a day shift schedule and in-person work location.,
