Key Responsibilities: Serve as a functional expert for Oracle EBS Order to Cash (OTC) processes. Apply strong knowledge in configuring and supporting Oracle EBS modules: Order Management, Shipping, and Advanced Pricing. Utilize fundamental understanding of Oracle Inventory management within the OTC cycle. Participate in requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases of Oracle EBS projects. Collaborate with technical teams to translate functional requirements into technical specifications. Support integration activities between Oracle EBS OTC modules and other systems, including EDI implementation if applicable. Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support to end-users. Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to Oracle EBS OTC processes. Create and maintain functional documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex technical concepts into understandable business terms. Required Skills & Experience: Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS modules: Order Management (OM) Shipping Advanced Pricing Fundamentals of Inventory Experience in EDI implementation is preferable. We are currently looking for a Global Data Steward to join us at our facility in Gurugram, Haryana. Key responsibilities: Working on daily business requests for master data objects - creation/update/obsolete/reactivate to ensure smooth Run and Maintain for business operations. Responsible for business interaction for clarifying the request and ensuring accurate data maintenance in the system. Request closure within defined SLA timelines. Testing master data creations/updates across tools and interfaces Engagement in additional tasks/projects as needed, may involve multiple team interaction to meet the above deliverables Mentoring the other team members on topics of expertise Flexibility to work in shifts Key requirements: Should have hands on experience on Master data creation and maintenance (Material/Vendor/Pricing/Customer/PIRs/Source List/BOM data etc) Hands on experience on SAP toolsets in Data space including Data extraction programs from SAP, SQVIs, ETL processes, Load programs, LSMW, data quality maintenance and cleansing etc. Knowledge of Request Management tools eg: SNOW, Remedy etc Knowledge of key database concepts, data models, relationships between different types of data An understanding of end-to-end set-up and business impact of master data key fields Knowledge about SAP, S/4 HANA, SAP-MDG, Ariba, MW (Informatica etc) or additional ERP platforms, IT tools and technologies is desirable Experience in Data Management Processes (Data Profiling & Cleansing. SAP ABAP expert with 10+ years of experience in S4 HANA technical, RAP, CDS views, AMDP, ABAP on cloud & Event Mesh. Skilled in interfaces, workflows, S4 enhancements, design docs & solution proposals. Added advantage in Service Mgmt/OTC module.

Qualifications A bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university in a business-related field (Accounting/Finance), requires proficiency in understanding financial statements, financial terms, concepts, and accounting principles. Experience with the 9.2 PeopleSoft Finance General Ledger module is required. This role is responsible for the project and support of the 9.2 PeopleSoft Financials Supply Chain Management platform. This includes requirements gathering, application configuration, end-user support, and testing for ongoing enhancements to the production application. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, including the ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers. 5+ years of PeopleSoft FSCM Functional experience is required. Experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 is required. Experience in People Tools version 8.53 or higher is required. Interpret requirements, perform highly complex analyses, and present options and recommendations to business teams. PeopleSoft Query and or SQL knowledge to extract data for analysis. Experience with supporting PeopleSoft FSCM modules, and focused OTC modules (Billing, AR, Contracts, Projects) required. Ability to work in a team environment consisting of technical and non-technical members. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on customer service and solution ownership. Impeccable written and verbal skills, including conducting/leading user meetings, conducting presentations, and advising the support and implementation team on Peoplesoft issues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage small projects. Create and maintain documentation and standards. Proven track record of successful implementation of all project life cycle stages from requirements gathering through implementation and enhancements. Possess extensive knowledge of application modeling principles, concepts, and techniques.
