We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS OTC (Order to Cash) Functional Professional. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Oracle EBS modules, specifically Order Management, Shipping, Advanced Pricing, and the fundamentals of Inventory. Experience in EDI implementation is a preferable advantage. This role requires a professional with excellent communication skills who can contribute effectively to client projects. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a functional expert for Oracle EBS Order to Cash (OTC) processes. Apply strong knowledge in configuring and supporting Oracle EBS modules: Order Management, Shipping, and Advanced Pricing. Utilize fundamental understanding of Oracle Inventory management within the OTC cycle. Participate in requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases of Oracle EBS projects. Collaborate with technical teams to translate functional requirements into technical specifications. Support integration activities between Oracle EBS OTC modules and other systems, including EDI implementation if applicable. Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support to end-users. Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to Oracle EBS OTC processes. Create and maintain functional documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex technical concepts into understandable business terms. Required Skills & Experience: Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS modules: Order Management (OM) Shipping Advanced Pricing Fundamentals of Inventory Experience in EDI implementation is preferable. Bachelor's Degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. We are currently looking for a Global Data Steward to join us at our facility in Gurugram, Haryana. Key responsibilities: Working on daily business requests for master data objects - creation/update/obsolete/reactivate to ensure smooth Run and Maintain for business operations. Qualifications A bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university in a business-related field (Accounting/Finance), requires proficiency in understanding financial statements, financial terms, concepts, and accounting principles. Experience with the 9.2 PeopleSoft Finance General Ledger module is required. This role is responsible for the project and support of the 9.2 PeopleSoft Financials Supply Chain Management platform. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on customer service and solution ownership. Impeccable written and verbal skills, including conducting/leading user meetings, conducting presentations, and advising the support and implementation team on Peoplesoft issues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage small projects. Create and maintain documentation and standards. Proven track record of successful implementation of all project life cycle stages from requirements gathering through implementation and enhancements. Possess extensive knowledge of application modeling principles, concepts, and techniques. Responsibilities PeopleSoft 9.2 Functional/Technical resource Experience with supporting PeopleSoft FSCM modules focused on R2R modules (Billing, AR, Contracts, Projects) required. Individuals will contribute to incident management and enablement efforts on the O2C modules
