Responsible for all components of the daily Pre-matching, Value Date, fails management & settlement and ensuring accurate and timely processing, through adherence of internal control policies and procedures, trade capture processes, including trade blotter reconciliations and resolution of exceptions. Maintains proper daily workflow documentation evidence for regulatory and compliance purposes. Satisfies documentation processes to ensure files are easily found, understood and are well maintained. Daily comparison of open trade fails and ensuring items are tracked and actioned. Daily interaction with external clients, Brokers, Sales desk, trading desk etc on trade discrepancies. Match trades with broker dealer counterparts. Monitor Euroclear/DTCC/Crest/SGX/Clear stream to ensure matching of all settlement items. Work with settlements team to monitor and resolve fails. Cover BAU functions within Middle Office and Settlements team if necessary. Functional & Technical Skills: Graduation (B.Com., BBA, BBM, BCA) / Post Graduation (M.Com., MBA, PGDM). 2 to 4 years of experience in Cash Settlements and OTC derivative. Should have basic knowledge of finance, trade life cycle, investment banking, and derivatives.,

Experience with understanding complex systems, analyzing, and resolving issues and writing functional and technical specifications, and test plans Experience in coordinating a dispersed set of stakeholders (functionally and geographically) Experience with having organized and conducted all types of testing in a Banking environment Experience with structured project methodology Understanding of business analysis and systems analysis Experience in drafting test plans, test scenario and test cases Experience in executing functional testing Knowledge of analysis methodologies like entity-relation modelling, use cases, process / transformation analysis Ability to work with technology to assist with analysis eg SQL, AccessA good knowledge of Excel, Access, Visio, PowerPoint is requested Worked on Thunderhead Tool or any other Tool related to Document Template Creation Prior Experience in Automation Projects that has been E2E delivered Hands on SQL and able to read/write SQL queries

Position Purpose Responsible for accurate trade validation of OTC Derivative Product within BNPP Systems Ensure trade amendments are performed in a timely fashion and their PV are checked validated Escalate any mis-match on the trade to the FO Management that may indicate a wrong position or transaction in the FO System Run all required controls on key elements Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities Validate the trade which is booked in FO systems with the recaps Validate Future contracts with the recaps and ensure timely Clearing When possible, challenge and enhance existing processes. Report, Comment and Validate the exceptions during trade validation Ensure appropriate escalation to management as soon as an issue is identified.
