OT Technician

We are currently seeking a full-time OT Technician to join our team in Tiruchirappalli. As an OT Technician, you will play a crucial role in the operation theater by preparing the facility, assisting during surgical procedures, maintaining a sterile environment, and ensuring the availability of necessary supplies and equipment. Your responsibilities will also include preparing patients for surgery, post-operative care, and meticulous documentation of all surgical activities. The ideal candidate for this position should possess knowledge and practical experience in Operation Theater procedures and protocols. Proficiency in sterilization techniques, infection control, and the ability to assist surgeons with precision and efficiency are essential. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication and teamwork abilities are also required. A Diploma or Certification in Operation Theater Technology or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, is necessary for this role. Prior experience in Ophthalmology would be considered a strong advantage.
