Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist doctors and embryologists during IVF-related procedures (Ovum Pick-up, Embryo Transfer, etc.).
Prepare and maintain the Operation Theatre (OT) as per protocol before and after each procedure.
Ensure proper sterilization of OT instruments and adherence to infection control practices.
Maintain stock of OT consumables, instruments, and equipment.
Coordinate with nursing staff for seamless workflow in the OT.
Support in handling and managing OT schedules.
Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
Assist in training and supervising junior staff (nurses/technicians) as required.

Requirements:

Diploma/Certificate in OT Technology or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an OT Technician (experience in IVF/gynecology OT preferred).
Knowledge of IVF procedures and OT protocols.
Ability to handle sterilization techniques and biomedical waste management.
Good communication and team coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and patient-focused approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
