Key Responsibilities:
1) Operation Theater Maintenance Your primary responsibility is to prepare and maintain the operation theater, ensuring it's clean and ready for surgeries.
2) Equipment Maintenance You will be responsible for the upkeep of surgical equipment and ensuring it's always in working order.
3) Sterile Field Management Maintaining a sterile environment in the operation theater is crucial. You will be responsible for identifying and maintaining this sterile field.
4) Infection Control You'll follow and enforce our infection control policies and procedures to protect patients and staff.
5) Equipment Management Managing and maintaining theater equipment, making sure it's always available for surgical procedures.
6) Patient Preparation You will prepare patients for surgery, ensuring they are physically and emotionally ready.
7) Intra-operative Support You'll provide technical support and equipment during surgery, helping the surgical team as needed.
8) Anesthetist Assistance In emergencies outside the operating theater, you'll assist the anesthetist/doctors as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
