Role & responsibilities Complete accountability for assessment of patients, planning nursing care, nursing interventions, implementing the nursing plans, monitoring the patients in accordance with the treating doctor/on duty doctor. Reception and orientation of newly admitted patients. Self introduction to the patient/relative once you are assigned to the particular patient. Identify vulnerable patients and provide them care accordingly. Reassessment of the patients as per the clinical condition of the patient. To maintain effective communication with patients, relatives, clinicians, other departments and co workers. Total care of the assigned patients. This includes the clinical care, physiological care, psychological care, nutritional care, hygienic care (bathing, care of mouth, back nails, hair) etc. 5. Compliance to nursing manuals /protocols at all circumstance while on duty 6. Follow infection control practices during nursing procedures. Infection control practices includes hand hygiene, bio medical waste segregation, aseptic techniques etc. 7. To educate patients/relatives and their care as and when required. Preferred candidate profile B.Sc/GNM with 1 to 3 yrs of Experience in Cathlab, OT, ICU. Walk-in Detail Date of Walk- In Interview - 27/08/2025 Time of Walk-In Interview- 10:00 am to 02:00pm.
