You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth surgical operations, maintaining sterile environments, and assisting medical professionals during procedures. Key Responsibilities: OT Preparation: Prepare the operating theatre with necessary surgical instruments, sterile drapes, and supplies. Sterilization: Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sterilized before and after each procedure. Surgical Assistance: Assist surgeons and nursing staff during operations by managing instruments and supporting patient positioning. Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain adequate inventory of surgical tools and consumables. Safety & Protocols: Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and maintain safety and hygiene standards within the OT. Equipment Handling: Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of OT equipment.
