OT Incharge – Hospital Operations

• Supervise all activities within the Operation Theatre complex.
• Manage OT schedules in coordination with surgeons and other departments.
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols.
• Monitor availability and readiness of surgical instruments and equipment.
• Lead and manage the OT nursing team, ensuring adequate staffing and skill mix.
• Conduct regular training and drills for OT staff on protocols and emergency procedures.
• Maintain OT records, inventory, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and NABH standards.
• Coordinate with CSSD and other support departments for seamless OT functioning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,859.06 - ₹60,000.00 per month
