Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for assisting surgeries, maintaining OT Asepsis, autoclaving, and ensuring equipment maintenance inside the OT. Additionally, you will be in charge of stock maintenance of OT consumables, linen inside OT, and Lens (IOL) stock. Cleaning, sterilisation, and fumigation procedures will also be part of your duties. On non-OT days, you will assist in the OPD. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in surgeries - Maintain OT Asepsis - Autoclave instruments - Ensure equipment maintenance inside the OT - Manage stock of OT consumables, linen, and Lens (IOL) - Perform cleaning, sterilisation, and fumigation - Support in OPD on non-OT days Qualifications Required: - Relevant experience in assisting surgeries and maintaining OT cleanliness - Knowledge of autoclaving procedures - Ability to manage stock and perform cleaning procedures effectively Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. You will be working on weekends only, and there is a performance bonus opportunity. The work location is in person.,
