Job Description

we are looking for an experienced OT assistant who can prepares and maintains operating rooms and equipment,

Preparation and Maintenance:
Preparing the operating room for surgery by setting up equipment, sterilizing instruments, and ensuring a clean and sterile environment.
Maintaining and organizing surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.
Ensuring the availability of necessary medical and diagnostic supplies.
Cleaning and disinfecting the operating room before, during, and after surgeries.
Maintaining records of surgical procedures, equipment used, and any complications.
Assisting During Surgery:
Assisting surgeons by passing instruments, holding retractors, and ensuring a clear surgical field.
Anticipating the needs of the surgical team and providing prompt assistance.
Monitoring patients' vital signs and anesthesia levels.
Assisting with patient positioning and transferring.
Post-Operative Care:
Assisting with cleaning and re-sterilizing instruments after surgery.
Preparing the operating room for the next procedure.
Assisting in the PACU with patient recovery.
Other Duties:
Ensuring proper biomedical waste disposal.
Following infection control protocols.
Coordinating with other healthcare professionals.
Transporting patients to and from the operating room.
Ensuring that all emergency drugs and equipment are stocked and ready

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
