Should have thorough understanding of tendering and estimation process which includes review of tender documents and preparation of pre-bid queries, attending pre-bid site visit for overall understanding of scope of work, BOQ / MTO generation, RFQ preparation for bought out items, securing back-up quotes from vendors, estimation preparation etc. Must have a strong understanding of process equipment – static and rotary, P&IDs, PFDs, process packages used in process industries, site construction activities etc. Fluent Communication skills and should be able to work under stiff timelines as per tender requirement.
