You will be working as a Full-Time Barista at an exciting new caf in Karimnagar, dedicated to delivering exceptional coffee and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. As a Barista, your main role will be to prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to customers with high attention to quality and consistency. You will also be responsible for operating coffee machines and equipment, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, taking customer orders, handling transactions, and collaborating with the team to ensure a positive caf environment. - Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages with a focus on quality and consistency. - Operate coffee machines and equipment following safety and hygiene standards. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment. - Take customer orders, provide exceptional customer service, and handle transactions. - Ensure stock levels are maintained and assist with opening and closing of the caf. - Previous experience as a barista or in customer service is preferred but not required. - Strong communication and customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude. - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player. - Passion for coffee and a desire to create special customer experiences.
