As a Systems Administrator at NTT DATA Services Security, you will be responsible for incidents responses related to Active Directory, Azure AD, and OS/server tickets. Your role will involve group policy administration and implementation, as well as reporting and reviewing connectivity, synchronization, and replication within Active Directory. You will also be tasked with monitoring DNS health and performance, identifying missing or incorrectly assigned subnets in Sites and services, and ensuring NTP reporting, configuration, and accuracy. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring, reporting, and reviewing all metrics and changes related to netlogon, NTDS Database partitions, DNS settings, SRV records, and Trust relationships. Your duties will also include reviewing domain controllers, application, and security events to identify any issues or trends. You will collaborate with security teams to respond to emergency or critical vulnerabilities, patching, or changes as required. In this role, you will also handle responses to non-AD or believed to be AD related issues such as 3rd party application authentication issues, windows/RDP login issues, LDAP query issues, Kerberos errors, and NTP errors. Moreover, you will be responsible for Windows Server OS maintenance, patching, upgrades, hardware tickets, and troubleshooting. Participation in on-call rotations and flexibility in schedules across multiple shifts (First, Second, Third) will be required.
