OSS Architect - Product and Customer Systems Job Description: We are seeking an experienced OSS (Operations Support Systems) Architect to join our Product and Customer Systems team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing and overseeing the architecture of our fulfilment and inventory management systems, while ensuring seamless integration with our telecommunications network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architectural design and implementation of OSS solutions for product and customer systems Develop and maintain expertise in fulfilment and inventory management systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align OSS architecture with business objectives and customer needs Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of OSS solutions Conduct stakeholder management, facilitating effective communication between technical and non-technical teams Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in OSS and telecommunications Participate in the evaluation and selection of OSS tools and technologies Develop and maintain architectural documentation and standards Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field Proven experience as an OSS Architect or similar role in the telecommunications industry Strong expertise in fulfilment and inventory management systems Extensive experience in telecommunications network architecture and operations Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Proficiency in OSS/BSS integration and API development Knowledge of industry standards and protocols (e.g., TMF, ETSI, 3GPP) Experience with cloud-based architecture and microservices Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in a relevant field Certifications in relevant technologies or architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, AWS, Azure) Experience with 5G network architecture and related OSS components Knowledge of AI/ML applications in OSS environments Key Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent leadership and mentoring skills Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans Proficiency in architectural modeling tools and techniques Strong project management skills
