Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Embedded Systems Engineer with hands-on experience in Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining embedded software for our next-generation products. The ideal candidate will have strong low-level programming skills , experience with microcontrollers or SoCs, and a solid understanding of real-time constraints in embedded environments. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement embedded software solutions on RTOS-based platforms. Develop and maintain firmware for microcontrollers and embedded processors. Integrate peripherals such as OSPI, eMMC, IPC, DMA, Ethernet, USB etc. Perform system-level debugging and optimization for performance, reliability, and memory usage. Collaborate with hardware engineers to define system architecture and troubleshoot hardware/software integration issues. Write and maintain documentation, including design specifications and test procedures. Contribute to system bring-up and board support package (BSP) development. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers. Ensure code quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field. Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded systems. Hands-on experience with one or more RTOS environments (e.g., FreeRTOS, Zephyr, VxWorks, ThreadX, uC/OS). Familiarity with ARM Cortex-M/A architectures or similar embedded platforms. Experience with real-time scheduling, inter-process communication, and interrupt handling. Experience with debugging tools (JTAG, SWD, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers). Comfortable working with version control systems (e.g., Git). Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with safety-critical or automotive systems. Knowledge of embedded Linux or bare-metal development.
