Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent work experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate technical concepts clearly. Proven expertise in Layer 2/3 protocols (VLANs, VRRP, OSPF, BGP, ISIS, IPv4/6, NAT, RIP, ARP). Solid understanding of TCP/UDP and application protocols such as HTTP, SSL, SMTP, SIP, FTP, DNS, Diameter. Experience with firewalls, network security tools, and Application Delivery Controllers (Server Load Balancers). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on troubleshooting experience. Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations and as part of a collaborative team. Previous experience in a senior support, escalation, or technical lead role. Preferred Qualifications: Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, JNCIE or equivalent. Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge articles. Exposure to supporting enterprise-grade products or services in a global environment. Work Conditions: Location: Pune (Work From Office, 5 Days a Week) Shifts: Rotational (including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required) On-call availability: May be required during escalation or high-priority cases
