You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the enterprise network infrastructure as an L2 Network Engineer. Your role will involve managing switches (Meraki and Cisco), firewalls, and wireless technologies. You will handle escalated network issues, conduct routine maintenance, and assist in network upgrades. In this position, you will monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues across LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi. You will address escalations from L1 support and resolve complex network incidents. Configuration and maintenance of network devices (Cisco, Fortinet, etc.) will be part of your daily tasks, along with executing network changes, upgrades, and patching in accordance with change management policies. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting the network topology, managing IP addresses, collaborating with vendors and ISPs for issue resolution and service enhancements, implementing network security best practices, and participating in an on-call rotation.
