In this role, you will be responsible for validating the quality and adaptability of our switching platforms through comprehensive system-level testing. Your work will directly impact the stability, scalability, and performance of our networking solutions deployed in real-world customer environments. You are an ideal candidate if you have: 8+ years of experience in software or system quality assurance, with a strong focus on system-level testing of enterprise switches. Hands-on experience crafting and driving solution tests, scale/stress tests, and performance tests that simulate realistic deployment and traffic conditions. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows: .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota; 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%; 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

We are looking for a Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing network. You will be part of a systems engineering team that is responsible for designing and developing scalable, maintainable, highly available network architectures that meet business objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES: Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS) Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure Maintaining computer networks including VPNs, routers and other physical hardware, Installing and configuring network equipment Creating firewalls and updating virus protection software and data security systems to keep data and communications protected Monitoring computer systems to improve network performance for all systems Troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating networking issues to other employees and management Implementing disaster recovery procedures Maintaining current knowledge and understanding of security and networking best practices to offer the best solutions and protection to company systems REQUIREMENTS: Proven hands-on network engineering experience CCNP or higher (CCIE and/or CISSP highly valued) Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS) Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
