We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Telecom Site Engineer / OSP Engineer with over 8 years of experience in telecom network deployment, specifically in Outside Plant (OSP) and site infrastructure. You should have a strong background in fiber optic deployment, last-mile connectivity, cell site construction, and related civil and electrical works. Your role will involve leading projects, managing teams, ensuring project quality, safety, and timely delivery. **Key Responsibilities** **Project Management & Leadership:** - Lead end-to-end deployment of telecom infrastructure projects, including fiber optic networks (FTTH/FTTX), OSP routes, and mobile communication sites. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and field teams. **Site Survey & Design:** - Conduct thorough site surveys for new telecom projects, including route surveys for OSP and feasibility studies. - Prepare detailed site survey reports, bill of materials (BOM), and bill of quantities (BOQ). - Review and approve network designs to ensure optimal performance and compliance. **OSP & Fiber Optic Deployment:** - Plan, execute, and supervise OSP activities such as trenching, ducting, cable laying, splicing, and testing of fiber optic cables. - Ensure proper installation of telecom infrastructure and last-mile connectivity solutions. **Site Construction & Integration:** - Supervise civil construction works for telecom sites, including tower and shelter foundations, boundary walls, and cable trays. - Manage electrical works, power connections, earthing, and installation of telecom equipment. **Quality & Safety Assurance:** - Implement quality control measures and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle. - Conduct regular site audits to identify and rectify issues. **Vendor & Stakeholder Management:** - Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and local authorities for approvals and permits. - Negotiate with vendors for material procurement and service contracts. **Documentation & Reporting:** - Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and inventory management. - Present project status updates to management and stakeholders. **Required Skills And Qualifications** - Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in relevant fields. - 8+ years of experience in Telecom Site Engineering with a focus on OSP infrastructure. - Hands-on experience in fiber optic network deployment. - Expertise in tower site civil and electrical works. - Knowledge of various telecom technologies and industry standards. - Strong project management and communication skills. - Proficiency in testing equipment and MS Office Suite. - Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.,
