You will be responsible for end-to-end software development and lifecycle management, focusing on the Polarion ALM tool from Siemens. Your role will include customizations and integrations to meet business requirements. You should have a good understanding of SDLC processes and all ALM phases, executing projects using Agile or Waterfall methodology, software source control, defect tracking, testing, and requirements management. Your primary tasks will involve developing Polarion customizations such as workflow automations, trigger scripts, custom Live Reports, and macros. You must have extensive hands-on experience with Core Java and REST APIs for integrations. Additionally, you should be proficient in using Polarion as an end user, power user, and for customizations development. Basic understanding of OSLC APIs and integrations is required. As a Polarion Developer, you will apply your technical expertise to own the ALM solution end-to-end. You will build and implement solutions using ALM tools while staying updated with industry trends and best practices. Collaboration with business users to gather requirements and translate them into a data model is essential. You will also be responsible for conducting UATs and integration testing.
