Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive Location: Kolkata Airport Area Department: Sales & Marketing Job Summary: The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with doctors, appointing them as service partners, and encouraging them to refer patient cases to the company. The role involves field visits, strategic sales planning, and achieving business targets within the assigned territory. --- Key Responsibilities: Doctor Engagement & Case Generation: Visit doctors, hospitals, and clinics regularly to introduce the company’s healthcare services. Persuade doctors to collaborate with the company and refer to patient cases. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure long-term partnerships. Address doctors’ concerns and provide solutions to improve referrals. Sales & Marketing Activities: Conduct presentations and demonstrations about healthcare services. Distribute marketing materials and ensure brand visibility in clinics/hospitals. Participate in CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), conferences, and events to network with doctors. Identify new business opportunities by researching and approaching potential doctors. Follow-up & Reporting: Maintain a database of doctors, visit schedules, and referral records. Conduct regular follow-ups to strengthen relationships and encourage more case referrals. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on doctor visits, conversions, and referrals. Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to management. Target Achievement & Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly referral targets. Develop strategies to improve the conversion rate of doctor referrals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth case processing and patient care. --- Qualifications: --- Benefits: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.
