Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant located in Siliguri. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Daily tasks include analyzing financial data, budgeting, and supporting financial decision-making processes. The Accountant will also assist in audits, manage accounts payable and receivable, and handle payroll processing. Qualifications Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations Experience in managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and reconciling accounts Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel Analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus Prior experience in the automotive or machinery industry is beneficial
