We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at project sites. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing manpower,managing maintenance report, monitoring equipment usage (including transit mixers), ensuring safety standards, and coordinating with clients and management to achieve smooth and timely project execution. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate activities of workers and subcontractors on-site. Monitor and ensure effective utilization of transit mixers and other equipment. Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, and work progress updates. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Inspect work quality and ensure it meets project specifications and deadlines. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients for smooth workflow. Handle site-related issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide quick solutions. Monitor material usage and prevent wastage. Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings for site staff. Ensure site cleanliness and discipline at all times Requirements: Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and project plans. Knowledge of transit mixers, construction equipment, and site safety practices. Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools. Flexibility to work at different project locations as required. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
