Sales Manager - OSIM India (Bengaluru Location) OSIM India, established in 2004, is a leading supplier of luxury wellness products and is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Manager to join their team in Bengaluru . About OSIM India (A Division of Paramount Surgimed Ltd) OSIM India specializes in wellness products, including massage chairs, weight loss machines, back massagers, foot massagers, and innovative fitness machines. Their products range in price from Rs 30,000 to Rs 4,00,000/-. The Role This is a Full-Time position on Company roll reporting to the Assistant General Manager - Sales. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales across retail outlets, Shop-in-Shops, dealers, and corporate clients in Bengaluru. Location: Bengaluru Salary Range: Rs 70,000/- to 80,000/- per month. Key Responsibilities and Performance Goals The Sales Manager will manage a team of 2-3 employees across three stores in Bengaluru (Mall of Asia, Shoppers Stop) and will be measured on the following: 1. Sales Performance & Business Development Sales Target Achievement: Achieve an Annual Sales Target of 3 crore with >90% Performance Score . Setting up sales targets on a monthly and yearly basis. Identifying prospective clients from various sectors and generating business from existing clients to achieve targets. Initiating and developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development. Corporate Sales Growth: Increase the number of Corporate clients to a minimum of 2 every Quarter . Increase New Corporate Activity with 1 Corporate activity in every Quarter . 2. Team Management & Development Managing a team of 2-3 employees. Team Sales Average: Maintain per employee (including self) Sales Average > 5 lacs annually . Reviewing monthly POS (Point of sales) and individual sales performances. Training and Development: Ensure every employee goes through 3 training sessions with the Sales Manager annually. Performance Improvement: Achieve an improvement in sales team performance score by 20% (in identified weak areas). Team Engagement: Achieve an average of 3 informative videos per month from the Sales team regarding Product & Brand. 3. Retail Operations & Marketing Support Observing day-to-day activities and sales of retail store and Shop-in-Shop outlets. Maintaining the profitability of all profit centers. Preparing marketing plans (BTL Activities) and promoting products to the right clientele. Planning and executing road shows at various malls and important events. Tying up with Malls for BTL activities (Road shows) and looking for new Shop-in-Shop locations. Desired Candidate Profile We are looking for a candidate who is outgoing and enthusiastic with: Experience: 3-8 years in customer service or sales background, preferably in luxury, lifestyle, or wellness retail such as high-end spa chains, specialized physiotherapy equipment, premium fitness technology, Premium home furnishings, kitchen/bath equipment, specialty electronics, high-end electronics, or watch/jewellery boutiques, Sales/Management roles in international luxury fashion brands.) Skills: Good in spoken English communication and the ability to engage and persuade a variety of customers. Leadership: Experience in team handling.
