Collaboration with the sales and R&D teams is crucial as you will be involved in offering pre-sales and post-sales support. Your role will also involve troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to test equipment and measurement solutions. It is essential to stay updated with the latest trends in RF, microwave, and electronic test solutions to provide cutting-edge support. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong knowledge of RF, microwave, and communication systems. Hands-on experience with various test and measurement instruments such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators is required. You must be able to interpret and analyze test results for complex electronic and RF circuits, demonstrating strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for effectively conveying technical information to clients. Preferred qualifications include prior experience working with Keysight instruments, although it is not mandatory. A B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) or an MTech in RF & Microwave is preferred, with a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience.
