Key Responsibilities: RF Component Testing: Use advanced testing instruments such as Network analysers, Signal Generators, Spectrum Analysers, and Noise Figure Meters to test individual RF components and full systems. System Testing & Optimization: Conduct comprehensive testing and tuning of RF modules to ensure they meet performance standards and customer requirements. Environmental & EMI/EMC Compliance Testing: Perform EMI/EMC tests to assess the environmental compatibility of RF equipment and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and customer specifications. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of all test results, repairs, maintenance, and customer interactions. Update and create user manuals, maintenance, schedules, and technical reports. Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and enhance the lifespan of RF equipment. Customer Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as a point of contact for customers, providing expert troubleshooting and solutions to technical issues. Ensure timely resolution of service requests and provide clear instructions to customers. Installation & Setup Assistance: Assist in the installation and configuration of RF equipment at client locations, ensuring proper setup and optimal performance. Quality Assurance & Safety Compliance: Perform regular quality assurance checks and ensure all installations and service procedures meet safety standards and operational excellence. Inventory Management & Procurement: Monitor inventory levels of essential parts and equipment, and coordinate reordering to ensure service continuity. Key Attributes: • A valid driving license and ownership of a two-wheeler are mandatory for attending within-city calls. • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering effective solutions and high levels of service. • Strong technical knowledge in RF systems, especially jamming technologies and related electronic components. • Skilled in managing client relationships, troubleshooting issues, and providing actionable insights for product optimization. • Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple service requests while ensuring a high level of service quality.
