Role & responsibilities Attend to customer complaints and resolve the issues with minimum down-time. Would be required to attend to field visits on a pan-India basis. Submit a detailed report to the service co-ordinator on actions taken on field to resolve a complaint. Co-ordinate with OEMs for faster resolution of product complaints. Assist out-station field service engineers in solving problems with their machines. Carry out routine preventive maintenance of machines at the customer's site.
