The Global Sales and Consulting Operations (GSCO) central team is dedicated to providing training, business, contract support, and communications on the Sales Systems and Tools used by Sales and Consulting globally. As a GSCO Business Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to offer support to Oracle's Sales Organization through chat and incident support using Oracle's Service Cloud product. Reporting to the GSCO Team Lead, you will be tasked with delivering high-quality and responsive support to Oracle's Global Sales and Consulting teams. Your role will involve a diverse range of responsibilities that require independent judgment and a commitment to exceptional customer service. Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Providing chat and email support to address user problems through proactive troubleshooting - Adhering to predefined support procedures and policies - Mastering the use of support channels, processes, and tools - Identifying and reporting partner/user issues and feedback through appropriate channels - Identifying opportunities to optimize processes and tools to enhance internal efficiency, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction - Effectively escalating issues with clear communication - Collaborating with cross-functional teams and escalating support requests when necessary - Ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met - Engaging with other lines of businesses and third parties, such as business practices and legal departments - Resolving customer complaints and escalations in a timely manner, including providing corrective actions - Undertaking administrative responsibilities as required - Supporting new process and policy roll-outs - Participating in other projects as needed To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - A graduate in any discipline - Experience in sales support handling chats and emails - Strong knowledge in one of the specified tools (Front Office: OSC, SPA, SMC, Back Office: CPQ, DAS, QRS) and Process (Cloud, UCM) - Excellent written communication skills in English for email and chat support channels - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, along with interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and the ability to handle a large volume of work quickly and independently - Collaborative mindset and proactive approach to process improvements - Willingness to work in a 24*7 environment, including holidays - Proficient in PC skills, particularly in Word and Excel - Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills and a forward-looking attitude - Open to feedback and ideas - Ability to interpret, articulate, and advise sales on potential objections to policies and commercial terms - Proactive analysis and recommendation for complex contract scenarios - Ability to handle challenging support requests promptly - Desire to deliver excellent customer service to internal customers - Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with a positive and results-oriented attitude Please note that this role requires willingness to work night shifts and weekends.
