Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Statistical Programmer, located in Bengaluru. The Senior Statistical Programmer will be responsible for creating and managing statistical programs, performing statistical analyses, and collaborating with biostatisticians and clinical data teams. Duties include programming for data management, validation, developing macros, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Statistical Programming and Programming Strong understanding of Statistics and Data Management Experience with creating and managing Macros Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a relevant field; advanced degree preferred 5+ years of experience is required, should have R programming skills.
