Job Title: US IT Recruiter Location: Noida, Sector 63 (Onsite) Shift: US Shift (EST) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter wit proven expertise in end-to-end IT recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to sourcing, screening, negotiating, and placing technical professionals across multiple domains while ensuring compliance with US hiring practices. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with US clients and account managers to understand job requirements and priorities. Source candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.), LinkedIn, and referrals. Conduct in-depth screenings to evaluate technical and cultural fit. Negotiate pay rates, benefits, and employment terms (W2, C2C, 1099). Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process from start to closure. Maintain strong communication with both clients and candidates to ensure smooth onboarding. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals. Stay updated on market trends, visa regulations, and niche technologies. Requirements: Strong knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, H4 EAD, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizen). Proficiency with ATS platforms and job portals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience working with implementation partners such as HCL, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, TCS, etc. Familiarity with niche IT domains (Cloud, DevOps, Java, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity). Prior experience with ATS tools like Orwin. Education: Bachelors degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
